"Tired of daily content stress? Batch a month's worth of posts in 4 hours using proven pillars, multiplication strategies, and scheduling systems."

If you’re a business owner managing your personal brand or building an online presence, you’ve probably asked yourself this question: How can I make content creation easier without spending all of my time on it?

You just finished creating today’s content and now you’re having to create the next days. This continuous cycle of creating something new every single day becomes exhausting. It’s like Sisyphus (the man forced to roll the boulder uphill), constantly feeling the struggle of endlessness. What can you do to make it easier? This is where content batching truly changes the difficulty and reduces it back to a level 1.

What is content batching anyways? It’s the practice of creating multiple pieces of content in one focused session. Instead of having to be creative every single day, you now put all of your effort into the same time block. As an example, instead of creating one blog post, one video, one post on separate days, you can now put them all together, spreading them out on separate days.

Now you have content, that’s ready to go without having to figure out your next day’s posting.

This means that now you can post, without stressing every day. Your audience will have something to look for when you’re busy and the algorithm will push you forward for your consistency.

Part 1: Setting your Content Pillars

Before we get to any type of content creation, we need to set up our content pillars. This is the foundation of where all your thinking will happen. It is a crucial step that is often overlooked.

Your pillars are 3-5 core themes that define what your brand stands for and what you will want to continuously speak about. They are the backbone of your content strategy and they’ll make content batching easier.

How does defining content pillars make a difference?
Think about it this way, if you don’t have them defined, you’ll think of anything to write for your content. You can write about productivity, you can write about dinosaurs, you can write how to style your hair. Do any of these things actually benefit your business? When your mind is spinning in all directions, you end up wasting your mental energy on deciding what to create instead of just creating.

But now with your pillars set in place, you have your thinking organized and focused. As an example, let's say you are running a business coaching practice. Your pillars might look like this:

1. Mindset & Confidence -  content about overcoming self-doubt and building leader confidence
2. Strategy & Planning - content about business planning, goal-setting, and execution
3. Systems & Efficiency - content about building operational systems and scaling
4. Personal Branding - content about positioning yourself in your market
5. Client Results - case studies and wins from your clients

Now instead of having to think about what your audience members might need to know about business, you already have an idea of topics to talk about. Now during your day, you might think of topics that you can quickly jot down and expand on later. Your pillars become your guardrails when your mind loses focus. It pulls you back into the reality of the type of content you should be writing.

Part 2: Decide on Your Posting Schedule

Now that you know what you want to talk about, you need to know how often you’ll post as well.

Here’s the truth: Algorithms favor those who post consistently on social media. Consistency is rewarded on social media platforms. Your audience expects to hear from you on a predictable schedule and most importantly, the more you show up, the more opportunities and sales come your way.

How often should you post? I think that’s one of the bigger questions. The sweet spot is just around 3-5 times a week. This Frequency is aggressive enough to build a real momentum with the algorithm, yet manageable enough so that it wont burn you out.

The difference in results is day and night. Businesses and creators who post 3-5 times a week consistently see:
- higher engagement rates
- Faster follower growth
- More inbound inquiries and sales
- Better algorithm performance
- A stronger sense of authority in their space

If you compare this to those who have no social media presence or sporadic posting, the gap widens dramatically. In a highly competitive market, those who post consistently often determines your success.

Part 3: Creating Your Content Using The Batching Strategy

Now that we’ve talked about setting your content pillars and deciding your posting schedule, we can talk about the real strategy, content batching. This is where you can create a months work in just a few hours. There are different ways to create content batching

The Long-Form Multiplication Strategy

One of the most efficient batching methods starts with creating a piece of long-form content, then breaking it down into multiple smaller pieces. This is the “multiplier” effect that lets you create a ton of content quickly.

This is how it would work in practice:

Step 1: Write Long Form-Content
Start by writing one substantial piece of content. This can be a comprehensive blog post of 1000-25000 words, a detailed guide, a newsletter email series.

Step 2: Extract the main talking points
Now that you’ve completed the long-form piece, you can pull out 3-5 main ideas from the content. These become foundational pieces you can use for everything else.

Step 3: Create your Posts
Take each main point and expand it into a stand a lone post. You already wrote everything in detail, it’ll take minutes to create a new post about these topics now. Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram are perfect places for these.

Step 4: Break Those into Micro-Content

Now you can break those topics even further down into 2-3 shorter points and post them to Twitter, Threads, Mastodon, and Bluesky. You’ve tripled your output without having to create new content.

The Math: 1 blog post = 9-15 Linkedin/Facebook/Instagram posts + 4-6 Twitter/Threads/Mastodon/Bluesky posts
That’s 13-21 pieces of content that you can reuse without having to lift too much of a finger

Alternative Batching Strategies

The long-form Multiplication strategy isn’t just the only way to batch. Here are some other approaches that work as well.

Time-Block Batching by Task
Instead of creating different content types, create by task instead. Dedicate specific hours to each activity.
As an example:

Hour 1: Ideation - brainstorm 2-30 pieces of content. Don’t write, just capture the ideas and angles.
Hour 2: Scripting - Write out the scripts for the content
Hour 3: Creation - Record your videos, take your photos or write those drafts
Hour 4: Editing & Scheduling - Edit your video , refine

This approach can be perfect if you are creating video content or multimedia pieces. You can stay in one mode of thinking for a full hour which reduces your context switching and increases your efficiency.

Content Repurposing Chains
Start with a format that you find easiest for you. Maybe its a video or writing and repurpose that into everything else:

Video-First: Record a 20 minute video, transcribe it, take out the quotes and turn it into a blog post
Writing-First: Write a detailed email, expand it into a blog, break it into social media posts

As you can see all of these strategies have one thing in common: create a high-quality piece of core content and then systematically break it down and repurpose it into smaller pieces. You do not need to create unique pieces every single time for your platform.

Your audience on Linkedin rarely overlaps with your audience on Threads. Your readers might never see your Threads posts. Repurposing your work isn’t lazy, it’s efficient. It’s created to tailor to each individual platform.

Part 4: Scheduling Your Content

Now that you’ve created the content, it’s time to login to Arche Social, navigate to your calendar and schedule to publish.

Before you schedule each piece consider that some platforms prefer specific times:

LinkedIn posts perform best on weekday mornings (Tuesday-Thursday, 8 AM-11 AM)
Instagram posts perform best in early evening (6 PM-9 PM)
Twitter/Twitter threads perform best mid-day (12 PM-2 PM)
Blog posts should go live when you plan to promote them on social

Don’t post the same content type every single day. You can make Monday a long form blog post, Tuesday can be a quick tip, Wednesday a case study.

Space out your related content as well. If you’ve created 3 Linkedin posts from the same blog, don’t post them all in the same week. Make sure you spread them across the month so they don’t look too repetitive.

Batching Schedule in Practice

Let’s take a realistic look at what that 4 hour batching session might look like:

9:00 - 9:30 AM: Planning and Ideation (30 minutes)
- Brainstorm 10-15 content ideas
- Pick your main topic

9:30 - 11:00 AM: Writing (1.5 hours)
- Write your long form piece
- Extract 3-5 main points

11:00 - 12:00 PM: Content Creation and Adaptation (1 hour)
- Create your posts from main points
- Take any necessary photos or graphics
- Edit and Proofread

12:00 - 12:30 PM: Scheduling & Planning
- Batch everything into your Arche Social account
- Set the publish dates

Within 4 hours, you have your content written, assigned and scheduled. If you could do this in a matter of 4 hours, imagine how strong your content would be if you set aside 4 hours every week?

Maintaining Your Batching System

This system will only work if you stick with it. So here’s how you can maintain it long-term

1. Batch Regularly - Pick one day a month or week to do your batching
2. Stick to your pillars - make your brainstorming easy
3. Reuse your best ideas - If a piece of content performs well, create another piece around the same topic
4. Track what works - look at your analytics monthly. Double down on the content that works and drives engagement and sales
5. Don’t be rigid - You can create extra content any time you want. The batched content is there as your safety net when you’re busy.

Freedom and Consistency is the real value. Your audience knows they have something to look forward to every single week. They anticipate your content which creates trust and authority. It’s a massive benefit for your business as well. No longer are you having to worry about what to post next. You know exactly what is coming. You can focus on that big client that needs a deadline, or better yet you dont need to be plugged in when you take a vacation. Your content engine keeps running whether you’re there or not.

At the end of the day, it comes down to this simple framework:
1. Define your 3-5 core pillars
2. Define Your Schedule
3. Create your content
4. Schedule your content
5. Repeat this monthly

It’s not difficult, it just takes a little bit of planning, discipline and time. Get started this month. Pick your pillars, make a commitment to spend at least 4 hours creating and scheduling. Then next month, do it again.
